Look with eyes so open wide!
Look, My child-
Oh, see inside!
I AM there within you-
Understand so clear!
How could I ere come closer?
Tis you - who must draw near!
Sweet joy of understand!
Beloved! Oh, beloved child-
Take, oh take My hand!
Walk with Me in victory-
With Me there's no defeat!
Look with eyes so open wide!
Everything you need-
Inside!
Say - you do agree!
And come, child-
Walk with Me!!!
Oh, Father I agree with You!
There within my heart-
We never are apart!
I run to You and clearly see-
Abundant life-
Christ's victory!
All that comes against me
Runs into a wall!
Evil tries to find me-
But finds "Love's Favor Wall!"
I understand so very well!
Sweet confidence does swell!
Of Love-
I will forever tell!
I draw the Truth from Favor's well-
Tis Grace-
I know sooo well!!!

What a beautiful poem! The part "how could I ere come closer, tis you who must draw near" really stands out to me.... Thank you Mommy for sharing these everyday.
