Oh, Lord, this wisdom study

On what pride can do to us -

You lead me to each Scripture -

I see, I see the picture!

 Oh, what I do see!

I choose to value who I am -

In Christ, yes, help me see!

I need a proper balance 

About how I see myself, 

For once I thought I'm nothing,

Then I heard Good News!

I'm born again, Christ lives in me

And all that's good about me -

Is Jesus lives in me!

Now, Lord, esteeming others

And how to love them so -

Your Word shows me their value too,

You love us ALL 

You do!!!

Beloved child,

True balance!

We never are apart -

Keep within your utmost thought,

Believe Me is your part!!!
