The Blessing He Gave
You have what you asked for
Come child and see
Look where My promise
Says so, to thee!
Come express joy
Come flow in faith
Show forth My Goodness
Show forth My Grace!
For I who can’t lie, say it’s given indeed
Remember My promise
When you planted that seed
Now look at the victory
Now you have no need!

Born long ago in a manger there lay
The Way to have Blessings
Come forth Today!
There long ago, on the cross
My Son hung
I placed all your sins
So we could be friends!
There in the tomb, Christ rose from the grave
To change you completely
