When You Heard
When you heard the words
Child, come
You didn’t walk
Child, you did run!
On that blessed day you came
Saying, Father
In Jesus name!
Covered in the blood of Christ
Soaking in
Eternal Life!
Seeking Kingdom heart and soul
Finding Truth
To fill your bowl!
Oh, your bowl of benefits
Filled, to overflow!
Pouring out to others
So they will also know
That when they hear the words
Child, come
They’ll seek Me too
And to Me run!
My child, I do
Say, come!!!
Child, come
You didn’t walk
Child, you did run!
