When I was very small,
I pretended I was an angel-
Thinking, they're perfect after all!
Thinking, they're perfect after all!
But every time I'd fail
My wings would start to fade-
I'd have to try again to see,
If me, an angel,
I could be?
Angels, so angelic...
Who wouldn't want to be-
An angel going all about
Helping folks like me!
I grew to understanding
And now I want to be
A child of God, that's who I am,
With Angels helping me!
Angels all about-
Indeed, they're helping you,
Indeed,
Angels are true!!!
Yes, beloved child of Mine,
Angels helping you!
See with eyes of faith,
Angels all around you!!!
