In nature, Lord, the leaves change out

With pretty colors all about!

So soon the leaves will all be gone

Until another Spring does dawn!

It ever so reminds me,

Your promises to me -

Promises of ever green,

No fading out for me!

How standing on Your Word will bring

A fruit producing life of love,

Your promises I ever sing!!!

Beloved child, My very own,

The leaves are beautiful to see,

But nothing brings sweet joy to Me

Like seeing you
