I got up very early, Lord,
My day was very nice!
I did the things I planned to do,
My day was very nice!
And now the sun is setting,
Now my day is done -
I’m looking back at sweet beginnings,
I think I’ll end it just the same
With You, Lord, sweet day’s endings!!!
