Dear Father,

I saw an old, dead leaf today -

Still hanging ever on!

Spring is here, new leaves appear,

But this one still hangs on!!!

Beloved child,

I took your eyes to see with Me

So you, indeed, would wonder!

Now let Me help you understand -

Give faith beyond just wonder!

The old, dead leaf that still hangs on

Is helping you to see-

There's an old thought you keep too

Though all within you

Born anew!

Release and let it fall to ground,

Then walk on top of it!

Believe Me, child, It's possible!

I'm in you walking on it!!!
