My children, blessed children,

Seeking is an action word

To seek

I know you’ve heard!

Come and find it’s meaning,

Seek’s a little verb!

The Kingdom!  Oh, The Kingdom!

The world does not agree,

So, child, it is up to you-

Seek, yes, come and see!

So much to gain from seeking,

It rhymes and starts as peeking!

Peeking into all that’s good, discovering it’s all for you,

Now throw it open widely-

Seek and you shall find!

Nothing anywhere compares- 

Indeed, it is “Your Find”

Dear beloved child,

Don't stick your finger out to see-

Which way's the wind?

Just look at Me!

Stand upon My promises,

Do not budge and inch!

Stay upon this road with Me-

I'll keep you from the ditch!!!

Oh, Father

I'm excited!

My fingers all are folded now

In thankfulness I pray!

I'm staying on this road with You-

We're going all the way!!!

A lesson, child, 

On the word, "Be!"

Be is such a little word

But speak it out and see-

Be is very powerful

Like, Let, oh, let it be!

Jesus spoke to boisterous wind,

"Peace be still!"

"Be...!" He spoke-

The wind did still!

Be healed, be whole, 

Be it unto you as you have said!

Oh, "Be!"

Indeed, Christ said!

Now child of Mine,

Be like kind;

Say, now, say what I say!

Be strong, courageous,

Be in faith;

Be Blessed- speak to your mountain,

To your circumstance! 

Now say, "Be gone in Jesus name!"

Like Jesus,

Do the same!

My power-

In Jesus name!!!

Sweet sleep's a gift from You, Lord

One I want to open 

Each and every night!

I want to close my eyes and sleep-

Sleep all through the night!

I have tucked Your promise in,

I'm kissing day

Good night!

I know that I will wake refreshed-

I'm sleeping good tonight!!!

Like a Butterfly...

Father, I once asked You

To help me spread true joy,

To help me be like butterflies

Offering - enjoy!

I prayed that I'd no longer be

A moth and eat things up;

But that I'd be like butterflies 

Bring joy

To many lives!

I said that prayer with all my heart,

Trusting You to help me!

Oh, how You remind me-

Whispering, "I help thee!"

True prayer I prayed so many years ago!!!  And truly I hear the Lord say, "I AM helping you!"  I believe these poems are me getting to be like a butterfly and not a moth any more!!!

Odd Thing...

Dear Beloved

Father God,

I saw something so very odd;

As I was just about to pray

Something caught my eye!

It pulled at my attention

It really caught my eye!

I went about to study it;

I followed it around!

It took me off from where I was-

For with You, I was bound!

Then just as it did appear

It did somehow

Just disappear!!!

Dear precious child,

Come understand;

Oh, have a lesson now!

There will always be an odd thing

That will try to take you off-

But you stay focused on what's true,

Let that odd thing wander off!!!

Beloved,

You're confessing!

Or cursed!

Of others, child, 

Make sure you bless;

Bless and curse them not!

Just as you go about your day

Think Blessing

Who is always there for me?

Who is always true?

Who has time and lots of grace?

Who never gets weary?

Who never wears a frown?

Who is always constant...

Who lets Love abound?

Who is patient with me?

Who see's what I don't see?

Who, with understanding,

Helps me better be?

Who can help me change my ways?

Who always can stand my voice?

Who can look at me and smile 

When I am being short?

Who can love me as I am

But tells me that's not who I am?

Who reminds me everyday

I'm loved-

So very, very loved?

God is Who I look to- 

Who I long to please!

God knows how to take care of His children who long to please... He shows us how pleased He is with us in Christ Jesus!!!   Oh, sweet Rest!!!  No wonder I  want to spend so much time with You, Father!!! :)  Ever notice how much you want to be with some one who is pleased with you?   God is showing me so much about that!  He calls it, "The Rest!"  Hebrews 4:10  While you enjoy The Rest ...  in Rest you'll be kinder and more patient with others!!!  :)   To understand is joy!!! ***Thank You Jesus!!!

 I love you all so very, very much!  I know that I might should have said Whom in the poem/word and it didn't all rhyme but I flowed it out as I heard it in my heart!  On my walk with Father God!!! xo xo xo

Why, child, leads some close to Me-

Others far away!

Know that I AM wooing you, 

Come, child, come My Way!

The world has wrong answers;

Emotions and philosophy!

I AM Truth 

And living proof-

Come and seek Me more!

Let why lead you closer;

Come and Truth explore!

I promise you that you will see;

I don't want this 

A mystery!

Let Me hold you 

Oh, so close;

Let Me comfort you!

Come My way, child, closer-

Seek with all your heart and live!

You don't know all the answers now,

But I have them to give!

Understand that why has feet;

Why can bring you closer-

Let why and Truth, child, meet!!!

Father,

Where else can I go-

Truth is only Yours!

I could wonder all my life

But I am choosing

Eternal Life!

Go ahead and comfort me,

Fill me with True answers!
