Enjoy Grace...

Good morning, from the home of
Lezza Kuzzin Poetry...

Dear Father,

I thought that it was truly Spring
But now there’s frost
On everything!
What about those tender buds?
What about the flowers?
What about the shooting vines,
Frost bit now, for hours?

Beloved child,
Come listen, now,
Come have a lesson now!
Frost on everything, you say?
What about the potted ones,
The ones you took inside?
Those tender, little buds,
Those pretty, little flowers,
They’ve been safe
For hours!
Compare this, child, to you...
I took you in from all alarm,
I comfort you,
I care for you!
I like to keep you for Myself -
I move you to that safe, warm place,
Whispering to you, child,
I’m Love, enjoy Grace!!!

  1. I was looking out the window at all the frost and I prayed, Lord, I'm standing on Your Word... I know you will make something good out of this! For I love You and I'm called according to Your purpose! Then I heard this poem/word in my heart! And I had the perfect potted picture! Thank you my sweet Amanda! I'm sure you brought this little one in last night so you could keep enjoying it! Thank you sooo much for the picture! I always have what I need... you girls follow the leading of The Holy Spirit and take them for me!!! Mom does too! She sent one I'm sure I'll use soon! xo

  3. That's such a sweet comment my girl! The pets that couldn't take it were safe inside :) At least they had each other to huddle together with. I love that Father likes to keep us for Himself too! So many times in a day and night, I sense His tender woo to come and be alone with Him and it sooo very good!!! I remember one time when the house was very crowded and we were all celebrating together ... I hadn't been alone with the Lord yet and I finally came into my bathroom and sat on the floor and said, Oh, Lord, I want to be with You sooo much! I heard, in my heart where we fellowship, My child, it is Me wanting to be alone with you! I was and am sooo excited about that! Father wants to be with us more than we want to be with Him!!! How beautiful! Enjoy being inside today honey! I will too! Like fragrant potted flowers ... sooo treasured!!! Love 4ever, mommy xo

  4. Ah, what a great poem! And my little flower was so pretty! I was so sad that I was sick (how dare that try to come on me!) that I couldn't even think about my flowers! :( I think the hyacinths had already started wilting from the really hot days we had right before the ice. ha! Oklahoma weather! They don't like the heat and even though I watered them lots, they didn't seem to last long. The leaves are still green so I have hope they'll revive! I prayed for all my little flowers and my baby trees!

  5. I'm sooo joyful that you rebuked the sickness in Jesus name and are walking in The Blessing!!!
3 John verse 2 :) My flowers are glad to get to be outside today! I think one of them was a little fussy with another one when they were shut up together ;) One looks ragged and I don't know why? It will look better soon!
I love you honey! Maybe you'll get more flowers for Mother's Day :)
