Right & Left...

Good morning, from the home of
Lezza Kuzzin Poetry...

My shield of faith offensive, Lord?
I thought it
Just defensive!
So as I draw The Sword,
Your Word,
My shield of faith gives blow...
Trained to use my right and left,
Tis victory, each blow!!!

Beloved, child, maturing!
Fighting back
All hell's attack,
Saying what I say!
My Word with faith, Christ's Victory,
Yes, saying what I say!!!

  1. In World History class today, it was about the Vikings... in the lesson the instructor explained the use of the shield they held as being just as useful in offense as the swords! As soon as I heard that , I heard in my heart the Lord agreeing and connecting it to Scriptures! After class I ran to the Word and the Lord showed me these Scriptures and gave me this poem/word!
The Vikings would knock down the enemy with the shield and then end it with the sword! Wow! Have you ever seen your faith make the enemy run? Of course it is impossible to see faith without the Word of God but you can see people use the Word of God with no faith mixed with it... like it says in Hebrews 4:1-2. I prayed, years ago, that as I teach the boys here at home, please let me get spiritual lessons from them too!!! God is sooo faithful to show me things like today! What fun! What joy! I love you all so very, very much! xo

    1. The Christians witnessed to the big, bad Vikings and many believed! :) That's how the lesson ended. :)

  2. So, good the Word of God. Always layering his words to show us how to apply them to life.
    Loving this Easter Week.

  3. Wow! That's really cool! :) Never thought of it that way.

  4. As we learn history... the military descriptions that the Bible uses are pictures of spiritual! I could only see a shield as a defensive weapon now I see clearly and I understand sooo much better! I love you all so much! xo

  5. That is an awesome poem! What a way to look at Faith! I love u Mommy
