I Do Not Peck... I Don't Accept...

Good morning, from the home of

Lezza Kuzzin Poetry...

Once, just like a chicken, Lord,

I pecked upon the ground-

Looking, always looking, 

To see what could be found!

I took whatever was thrown at me,

I didn't understand,

And, "why?" was what You heard from me!

One day I took off after You-

No one else would do!

I had to follow You and see

Where is all 

Christ's Victory!

Then right before my very eyes-

Agree with Me, child, walk with Me!

Now I don't peck upon the ground,

I don't accept 

What hell throws 'round!

I'm confident that I am Yours,

I'm sure that You are for me-

Sooo sure 

That You adore me!!!

Beloved child, 

No chicken-

Pecking on the ground!

You have sought The Kingdom,

My righteousness, you've found!

No taking what hell throws at you-

You know the Truth

I AM for you!

You know 

That I adore you!!!
